    Frequently Asked Questions

Do you use only Payoneer? Can you send payments via Skrill, Paypal, Wire etc?

Yes, we use only Payoneer. No, we can’t send money through any other payment services. Using Payoneer is very simple. You can get payments and withdraw them to your local bank account as soon you create a Payoneer account here.

When do I get my pay?

Invoices are created on the 21st of each month. Payments are released at the end of each month. The maximum due date for each invoice is the 4th of the next month.

Can I get an advance payment?

Normally, we do not send advance payments, however, we may consider special cases. Please, contact the team leader for clarification.

Can you pay per word instead of per character?

No, we pay only per character without spaces.

    Do you fine writers?

No, we do not fine writers. However, we may discontinue our cooperation if writers fail to perform their inherent role and responsibilities and comply with all or part of the company/team policy or procedure.

Do you give rewards to writers?

Yes, we give cash rewards to our best writers. Please read this document for more information.

How do I get more tasks after my first assignment?

You should request new tasks from the content strategist only after successful submission of your first article.

What is the usual volume of each article?

In case the task instructions do not specify the required volume, you should stick to 3000-10000 characters without spaces. Use your judgment and analyze current top organic pages to determine the best volume for your article

What article format do I have to use?

In case the task instructions do not specify the required article format, you should use your judgment and analyze current top organic pages to determine the best article format for your article.

What should I do if I can’t find any information at all/any reliable information/any up-to-date information to write an article?

Stop working on the task and contact the Content Strategist or the Managing Editor immediately.

What should I do if I can’t understand the task?

You should contact the Content Strategist or the Managing Editor for clarification. Don’t work on the task unless you fully understand the requirements.

    Can I reject a task?

Yes, you can reject any task if you don’t like the topic. However, make sure you do this right after it has been assigned to you to avoid disrupting the content production process and implementation of the content strategy. If you reject right before the due date, you will receive a bad score.
